If for any reason you would like to exchange your order then simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will happily exchange for another size or product. Please return your item(s) to us together with the Returns Form indicating that you would like an exchange and post to it to the address given on the form.

Returns and exchanges are sent to us at your cost, however exchanges will then be sent back out to you free of any additional postage.

All our items are checked for faults before being sent but but if you do receive a faulty item then please return it to us together with the Returns Form. We will happily offer either a full refund including any postage paid or an exchange for another item.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Dungarees Online in return for a full refund. Order cancellations must be e-mailed or posted to us within 7 days and all addresses details can be found on our Contact Us page. Please quote your Order Number in your correspondence.

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 60 days of receipt. Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. As such, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service which can insure you for the value of the goods.

The item(s) must be returned in original packaging with any garment labels attached.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
