Returning An Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt, excluding postage. Please return your item(s) to us together with the Return / Exchange Form indicating that you would like a refund and post to the address given above. Exchanging An Item

If you require an exchange for a different size/colour then simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Please return your item(s) to us together with the Return / Exchange Form indicating that you would like an exchange together with details of the exchange and post to the address given above.Should you have any queries then please e-mail enquiries@dungarees-online.com.

Upon receipt we will exchange your items free of postage.

Faulty Or Wrong Item

If the item which you have received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered then please return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Please return your item(s) to us together with the Return / Exchange Form and a comment to tell us how you would like to proceed, i.e. a full refund or an exchange. Return the parcel to us at the address given above.

You have 90 (ninety) days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us and upon receipt we will issue a full refund, including postage, or exchange your item free of postage. We will also reimburse you for any postage costs you have incurred.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend sending the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Dungarees Online in return for a full refund. Order cancellations must be e-mailed to us, quoting your Order Number in your e-mail, within 7 (seven) days to enquiries@dungarees-online.com or by post to the address shown.

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. As such, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service which can insure you for the value of the goods.

The item(s) must be returned in original packaging with any garment labels attached.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
